How long will my online order take?

During our busy Back to School period, online orders may
take approximately 5–7 working days to be processed and dispatched.

All orders are processed strictly on a first-come,
first-served basis.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically
receive a DPD tracking link by email and/or text message.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will
automatically receive a DPD tracking link by email and/or text message.

If you have not yet received a tracking link, your order is
still being processed.

How long does Click & Collect take?

Click & Collect orders may take up to 5 working days to
prepare during our busy summer period.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message or
email confirming it is available for collection.

Please wait until you receive this notification before
visiting our showroom.

Can I change, cancel or add to my order?

Due to the high volume of orders during our busy summer period, we are unable to cancel, amend or add to orders once they have been placed.

If you require additional items, these will need to be ordered separately.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is necessary.

Customers are welcome to visit our Sandyford showroom during opening hours.

During busy periods, we operate a ticketing system to ensure the fairest service for all customers.

If you are visiting for a full uniform fitting, we recommend arriving at least one hour before closing time.

What is your Returns & Exchanges Policy?

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in resalable condition with proof of purchase.

Exchanges are available within 60 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.

Where an exchange is not suitable, a credit note may be offered at Uniformity's discretion.

Do you offer online exchanges?

No.

We do not offer exchanges by post.

If you require a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order online.

Alternatively, online purchases may be exchanged in our Sandyford showroom within 60 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited unless faulty:

  • Personalised items, including items with names, initials or personalised labels
  • Shirts and blouses not returned in their original packaging
  • Socks and tights where the packaging has been opened
  • Base layer shorts and undergarments where the packaging has been opened
  • Water bottles where the seal has been broken
  • Mouthguards where the seal has been broken
Can I return an online order in the showroom?

Yes.

Online purchases may be returned to our Sandyford showroom in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

An item is out of stock. What should I do?

If an item is currently out of stock, please use the "Email Me When Available" option on the product page.

Enter your email address and you will automatically receive an email notification as soon as the item becomes available again.

How do I find my school's uniform list?

Simply search for your school on our website to view the full uniform range, including compulsory and optional items where applicable.

Is parking available?

We have a limited number of customer parking spaces available on site.

Additional free parking is available at the Beacon Centre (up to 2 hours), approximately a 5-minute walk from our showroom.

How long will you hold my Click & Collect order?

Customers are asked to collect their order promptly once notified that it is ready.

Uniformity reserves the right to return uncollected orders to stock after 30 days and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order?

Yes.

Please ensure they have your order details available when collecting.

When is the best time to shop?

July is generally our quietest month for Back to School shopping.

Shopping early means:

  • Better stock availability
  • Shorter queues
  • Faster order processing
  • More time for exchanges if required
Can I try items on before purchasing?

Yes.

Customers are welcome to visit our showroom where fitting rooms and fitting assistance are available.

Do you have size guides available?

Yes.

Size guides are available on many product pages and our showroom team will be happy to assist with sizing advice.

Are stock levels shown online accurate?

Our website stock levels are updated regularly; however, during peak periods, availability can change quickly.

My child has grown over the summer. What size should I buy?

We recommend visiting our Sandyford showroom where our team can assist with sizing and fitting.

If purchasing online, please refer to the size guide available on the product page where applicable.

What if the uniform doesn't fit when school starts?

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase and exchanges are available within 60 days of purchase, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Shopping early gives you more time to arrange any exchanges if required.

Are all items in stock?

We work hard to maintain stock throughout the summer and receive deliveries regularly.
If an item is unavailable, please use the "Email Me When Available" option on the product page and you will be notified automatically when stock arrives.

Can I buy only some of the uniform now and the rest later?

Yes.

Many customers purchase items over a number of visits or orders.

However, we recommend shopping early as stock availability can change during the busy Back to School period.

Do you stock uniforms all year round?

Yes.

Uniformity stocks school uniforms throughout the year, although availability of specific items and sizes may vary depending on demand and supplier lead times.

What should I bring when shopping for a uniform?

If possible, please bring:

  • Your school name
  • Any school uniform requirements you have received
  • Your child for fitting, where appropriate
