Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

*While we do endeavour to fulfill all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt, during peak periods there may be slight delays due to high order volumes. We do try to attempt to plan and resource for these periods.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

*Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Uniformity is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Our current domestic & International shipping provider is DPD. When an order is shipped you will be notified by text SMS & email by DPD.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days (domestic deliveries) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

*Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, the DPD parcel service does not ship parcels to a PO Box or an address on an Island (only UK and Ireland).

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or just change your mind, we are happy to accept your return for an exchange of product or a full refund of the original payment method. Shipping costs both ways are non-refundable unless the return is as a result of a product defect or our error. Please contact us to speak to one of our friendly customer service specialists should you encounter a problem with any of our products or if you have any questions or concerns.

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

*For online returns, we no longer do online exchanges, you can send your items back to us for refund and a new order can be placed online.
