How do I return an item to Uniformity?
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Uniformity; however, we understand if this is not always the case. If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. We are happy to accept your return for a full refund of the original payment method. The item(s) must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with swing tags attached.
There are a number of ways you can return items for refund or exchange;
Items that may not be Returned
- Shirts & Blouses, if the items are returned unsealed or not in the original packaging (if applicable) or without the swing tags (if applicable).
- Socks & tights, for hygiene reasons if seal opened/removed after delivery
- Base layer shorts & undergarments, for hygiene reasons if seal opened/removed after delivery
- Special orders to include items personalised with initials or names and name tags
- Water Bottles, for hygiene reasons if seal opened/removed after delivery
- Mouthguards, for hygiene reasons if seal opened/removed after delivery
SHOWROOM PURCHASE
RETURN FOR REFUND
If you purchase a product in our Showroom, you can return your item(s) for refund within 28 days of purchase at our returns and exchanges window outside the building, where a member of the Uniformity team will process the refund.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
If you would like to change item(s) you must email us in advance, email customerservice@uniformity.ie with the subject heading "items required" and state the products you require. We will then let you know when your item(s) are ready to pick up and these will be help for 48 hours. Alternatively, you can come into the Showroom and a team member will be able to assist you. We ask that all customers wear a face covering when entering the building.
**TOP TIP **
If you would like to change item(s) you must email us in advance, email customerservice@uniformity.ie, stating the products you require. Your online return will be processed separately, and we can take payment for your new order at the window which is card payment only. Failure to notify us in advance will result in having to make your purchase in our showroom (social distancing measures apply)
ONLINE PURCHASE
For online returns, we no longer do online exchanges, you can send your items back to us for refund and a new order can be placed online.
We offer a FREE RETURNS service via DPD. To avail of this service simply visit www.dpd.ie/Returns#/ and follow the 3 easy steps.
USING OUR FREE DPD RETURNS SERVICE
Visit DPD Returns Service and either continue as guest or set up your free Parcel Wizard account
Step 1 - Select Uniformity from the drop-down menu. Enter your order number as the reference number and the reason for your return.
Step 2 - Select your parcels dimensions
Step 3 – Enter your details and print the returns label
Step 4 - Drop your parcel into one of almost 600 Pickup points throughout the country. Your parcel will be returned to us and you will have full tracking throughout the delivery journey.

Alternatively, online customers can return items FREE to our Showroom: You can visit us in Sandyford to return your item(s) for a refund, bring you returns slip to the returns and exchanges window and a team member will organise this for you.

How do I return an item at Uniformity?

What happens if my items are faulty or damaged?
Any breakages or damages must be reported to us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If a product is defective in any way, please return it as soon as possible after becoming aware of the defect and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and postage.
When will I get my refund or replacement?
We aim to complete all refund and replacement transactions within 24 hours of receipt of the request. During peak summer months due to the large volume of transactions, from time to time this can be delayed slightly.
Where do I collect my Click & Collect order from?
Customers picking up their Click & Collect order should bring their Order Confirmation or Ready for Collection email to the store’s dedicated Click & collect window, visible when you arrive at the Uniformity store. Customers may be asked to confirm the email address used when the order was made.
How long will the store hold my Click & Collect order for?
Click & Collect deliveries are held in store for 10 calendar days from the date the customer’s Ready for Collection email is sent. If you wish to extend the hold period, please contact our Customer Service team
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Products that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons and which are unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
The following items are excluded from this returns policy:
- Socks & tights

- Special orders to include items personalised with initials or names and name tags
- Water Bottles
- Mouthguards
