We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Uniformity. However, if you need to return an item, we aim to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.
Refunds
Unworn items in resalable condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is supplied.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges & Credit Notes
Exchanges are available within 60 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.
Where an exchange is not suitable, a credit note may be offered at Uniformity's discretion.

Items that may not be Returned
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in resalable condition
- Have all labels attached
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Be returned within the applicable return period
Items That Cannot Be returned
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited unless faulty:
- Personalised, customised or specially ordered items, including products embroidered or printed with names, initials or personalised labels
- Shirts and blouses that are not returned in their original packaging
- Socks and tights where the packaging seal has been opened
- Base layer shorts and undergarments where the packaging seal has been opened
- Water bottles where the seal has been broken
- Mouthguards where the seal has been broken
Online & Click & Collect Orders
Online customers may return eligible items using our free DPD Returns Service or by returning them to our Sandyford showroom.
We do not process exchanges by post. Customers wishing to exchange an online purchase may visit our Sandyford showroom within 60 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. Alternatively, the original item may be returned for a refund and a new order placed online.
For the purposes of this policy, Click & Collect orders are treated as online purchases.
Customers are asked to collect Click & Collect orders promptly once notified that their order is ready. Refund and exchange periods commence from the original purchase date.
Uniformity reserves the right to return uncollected orders to stock after 30 days and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Processing Returns
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible following receipt of returned items. During our peak Back to School period, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher volumes.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
Customers purchasing online retain all statutory cancellation rights applicable under Irish and EU consumer legislation.
Online Purchase
For online returns, we no longer do online exchanges, you can send your items back to us for refund and a new order can be placed online.
We offer a FREE RETURNS (*Ireland Only), service via DPD. To avail of this service simply visit www.dpd.ie/Returns#/ and follow the 3 easy steps.
USING OUR FREE DPD RETURNS SERVICE
Visit DPD Returns Service and either continue as guest or set up your free Parcel Wizard account
Step 1 - Select Uniformity from the drop-down menu. Enter your order number as the reference number and the reason for your return.
Step 2 - Select your parcels dimensions
Step 3 – Enter your details and print the returns label
Step 4 - Drop your parcel into one of almost 600 Pickup points throughout the country. Your parcel will be returned to us and you will have full tracking throughout the delivery journey.

Alternatively, online customers can return items FREE to our Showroom: You can visit us in Sandyford to return your item(s) for a refund, bring you returns slip to the returns and exchanges window and a team member will organise this for you.

FAQ
How do I return an item at Uniformity?
Orders can be returned instore or by post to us.

What happens if my items are faulty or damaged?
Any breakages or damages must be reported to us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If a product is defective in any way, please return it as soon as possible after becoming aware of the defect and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and postage.
When will I get my refund or replacement?
We aim to complete all refund and replacement transactions within 24 hours of receipt of the request. During peak summer months due to the large volume of transactions, from time to time this can be delayed slightly.
Where do I collect my Click & Collect order from?
Customers picking up their Click & Collect order should bring their Order Confirmation or Ready for Collection email to the store’s dedicated Click & collect window, visible when you arrive at the Uniformity store. Customers may be asked to confirm the email address used when the order was made.
How long will the store hold my Click & Collect order for?
Click & Collect deliveries are held in store for 10 calendar days from the date the customer’s Ready for Collection email is sent. If you wish to extend the hold period, please contact our Customer Service team
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Products that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons and which are unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
The following items are excluded from this returns policy:
- Socks & tights
- Base layer shorts & undergarment.
- Special orders to include items personalised with initials or names and name tags
- Water Bottles
- Mouthguards
